Designed for home offices and businesses with fewer than 10 computers, this plan builds on the prevention-based model introduced by the Essential plan. With the included help desk-style support hours (at a discounted rate), I’ll respond to alerts and resolve issues for you, providing additional protection and support.

Bitdefender GravityZone provides business-grade antivirus protection that automatically blocks and removes malware, protecting your files and keeping your device safe without slowing it down. Strong antivirus protection reduces the risk of stolen information, damaged files, and downtime.

4 hours of IT support

Support hours purchased as part of this plan are discounted and don’t have a one-hour minimum rule. If we spend twelve minutes on the phone or in a remote session, I deduct twelve minutes from your block of time. These hours can be used for support via email, phone, text, Teams, remote session, or on-site.

Email notifications and alerts

We’ll both get email notifications when something needs attention. Antivirus issues, low disk space, and failed updates can be addressed before they cause disruption. Catching issues early usually means a quick fix instead of a costly repair.

Automatic Software Updates

Windows and commonly used applications like Adobe Reader, Zoom, and Chrome will be automatically updated to reduce security risks and improve stability. Staying up to date helps prevent hackers from exploiting old software bugs.

Monthly Health Report

You will receive a monthly report showing the overall health of your devices, any detected issues, and an up-to-date list of your computers and installed software. This helps you plan ahead, budget for upgrades, and avoid surprises.

Remote Support Tools

Built-in remote access allows me to connect quickly and securely when you need help, so issues can be resolved faster without an on-site visit.
